I’ve helped hundreds of people discover their purpose in life and seen them light up, get turned-on by discovering that they have a “Big Why.” One of the most powerful forces in the universe is a human being who discovers that they not only have a significant contribution to make to the world, but that they matter; they are important and needed in the world. You provide an environment that enables them to discover this earth shattering truth and you are an inspiration to them.


A “Big Why” is just two things: a passion coupled with a skill. And not just “a” passion, but their passion. You don’t have to motivate passionate people. They are self-motivated. You just need to support them.
